Today, I want to share with you three SP manifestation success stories. They all come from coaching clients of mine. They are all different. One of them had never been in a relationship with her SP before. The other two manifested their ex back. All three stories are different. However, all three share one common denominator. And it wasn't a particular technique, it wasn't a particular imaginal scene, or a particular affirmation.
What actually changed was them. And more specifically, all three of them were able to shift into a version of themselves who internally, and deeply, and convincingly felt that they had their desire. And once they stopped living from the old story, as in recycling the old circumstances, looking at the 3D for reassurance, checking for evidence, waiting, wondering, questioning everything, and so on, their experiences in the 3D started shifting, and beautiful things started moving for them, and they eventually got their manifestations.
So, I wanted to relate these three stories to you today because there are some really, really important lessons on how these people, how these three ladies were able to shift internally that I believe are going to be very, very helpful, and very, very beneficial to all those of you who are manifesting your specific person. So, let's get this started. Before I begin, hello and welcome. My name is Christina from Empowered Creator.

So, the first story that I mentioned, my client was seeing her SP at the gym once a week, a couple of times a week, and they kind of knew each other. They were saying hello. Uh maybe they would have a very short chat, but that was pretty much it. There was no obvious progression, and that had been happening for a long time, by the way. So, there was no obvious progression. Uh the SP had never asked her out. He hadn't even asked for her number.
There were only these occasional hellos, these occasional little chit-chats, going nowhere. And so, because this had been going on for quite some time, several months, my client eventually got into a mindset of this is probably all that it's ever going to be. This is probably all that I'm ever going to get from this SP. And I know that a lot of you can relate with a mindset like that. You You have a desire. You may want something to happen, you may want your SP, but if your circumstances feel like they're not taking you anywhere, you may be thinking, "Well, this is actually quite unrealistic.
This is impossible to happen." Or things along those lines. So, instead of living in the state of this is going to happen, you tend to live in a state of maybe it will happen, I don't know it will happen, will it ever happen, how can it happen, and so on. So, this is also where my client was mentally and emotionally. Then, after we coached, she started becoming more comfortable with the idea of shifting herself into the version of herself who felt comfortable and confident with being in a relationship with her SP, with the idea and the concept that she already had this relationship.
This relationship was already hers. Now, when I say that, I don't mean that she was just walking around trying to convince herself that she was in a relationship with him. It's just that she stopped giving so much attention to the old story and to the circumstances. She stopped feeling that anxiety over is he ever going to ask me out? Why is nothing happening? Is he ever going to talk to me beyond that hello and those little chit-chats?
What does this mean? He looked at me in this way or in that way. Should I interpret it a certain way? Is this a sign? Is anything ever going to happen? So, she stopped thinking along those lines. She started living her life. She started pursuing her interests. She started focusing more on herself. And most importantly, she started cultivating this growing sense within her of this is all going to work out. She didn't know how and she didn't know when.
Obviously, she couldn't predict what bridge of incidents would happen and how it would happen. But guess what? That didn't even matter. All she had to rest on and all she had to dwell on was I trust that this is working out. I trust that this is going to work out. And once she fell into that space and that space became consistent within herself, her dominant state as we say, something interesting started happening in the 3D.
Her SP started initiating conversations with her a lot more. Suddenly, their very brief chit-chats became long conversations at the gym. After a few weeks, he asked for her number. Then he asked her out. Eventually, after a few dates, they ended up together. Now, the thing I want you to notice here, which is the most important thing, is that if you look at the circumstances in the physical world, the physical evidence before the shift happened, you could have said, "Okay, nothing is happening here.
This isn't going anywhere. There is no obvious evidence that this is ever going to turn into a relationship or that there is even interest along those lines from the SP." But then, the story changed. How did the story change? It changed once her experience of the story within herself changed and shifted. So, she stopped being the woman who was waiting for something to happen, who was wondering when anything was going to happen, if anything was going to happen, and so on.
And she became more and more, internally, once again, internally, the woman who believed and felt that having this relationship was absolutely a natural possibility for her. And she lived from that state for a little while until the 3D came to confirm her. This is when things shifted for her. Now, the second story is quite different from the first. This client had been in a relationship with that SP. They had been together for a while, then they broke up, and at the time when we started working together, she had been in no contact with her SP for actually several months.
So, if you're someone who is wondering, but I'm not even talking to my SP, we're not even in contact, so how am I even going to be able to manifest them? This one is for you. You want to pay particular attention to this one. Because in this story, there had been no communication for many, many months. And then, something interesting started happening. Her SP started posting stories on Instagram, which apparently was something that they didn't do.
It wasn't It was, let's say, out of character. So, the interesting thing that happened was that one day she spontaneously saw one of his stories, and I say spontaneously because by that point she had already made the internal shift where she was living as the person who naturally has the relationship back. So, she wasn't actually checking his Instagram or anything. It just came up in his in her feed. So, she spontaneously saw one of his stories, and spontaneously again, she liked it.
That ended up being her bridge of events. Turned out that it was inspired action because later that day he texted her after many, many months of no contact. So, they started talking again, they started communicating again. After a couple of weeks, they went out together again, and eventually they ended up back together. Now, what is the moral, let's say, of this story? What is the lesson from this story, the takeaway?
You may be inclined to think to hear this story and think that, oh, so maybe I should go on and like my SP's Instagram stories because that's what this lady did, and it worked out for her. No, this is not the lesson. You can take and you shouldn't take any manifestation success story and turn it into a technique hoping that it will help you succeed without actually paying attention to the state behind the story. Okay?
The important thing here is not that she liked his story. The important thing is why she liked his story. She wasn't sitting around thinking, "Oh, finally he posted a story. Maybe this is my opportunity. Maybe I will like it and then maybe he will see that I liked his story and he will finally text me and he will finally break no contact and so on." No, this is the exact kind of forced action that I've very, very often warned you against taking because this is trying to manipulate the 3D to force action, to force a change.
And usually, in my experience, this never ends in the desired outcomes. The reason it worked for her was because it was natural. It wasn't calculated. It was a natural, spontaneous urge and inspiration in the moment. She very spontaneously liked it. But, the important thing to notice here is that she didn't take that action from a state of lack. She took that action from already being in a state of having. This is what made all the difference and this is what had actually changed within her.
She had stopped making her SP's absence the center of her experience. She was living her life. She wasn't waiting around for him to contact her. She wasn't trying to figure out what had happened or how she was going to get him back. She had just developed this inner certainty by that point that things, somehow, in some way, at some point, were going to work out. She didn't know how. She didn't know when. She didn't know what the bridge of incidents might be, exactly like the first client I talked about.
Same thing. And yet, she just knew. Also, she didn't use her circumstances as evidence of what was possible and what wasn't possible for her. She just knew that somehow things were going to work out for her, for them, for their relationship. She had developed that inner trust. The thing to notice in this story is that the bridge of incidents was unknown to her. It wasn't forced action, it was inspired action. She couldn't have planned the bridge of incidents even if she had wanted to.
She wasn't sitting there thinking, "Okay, here's how this is going to go. First, he's going to randomly post a story on Instagram. Then, I'm going to like one of them and then that is going to prompt him to text me." No, obviously she didn't know any of these things, but she did take that action, that inspired action, from a very, very natural state where she felt confident, she didn't feel anxiety, she felt trust that things were working out, and this was the state from which she liked her story and things naturally progressed from there.
Her job was never to figure out the bridge. Her job was to occupy a different state and allow for the bridge to unfold. Now, let's get on to the third story. The third client was also manifesting an ex back under slightly different circumstances because in her case there was some contact, there was some communication. They had broken up, but they had stayed kind of sort of like friends, so they had occasional contact.
However, her SP had been very, very adamant towards her that he didn't see a future with her, that he no longer wanted the relationship, that he only saw her as a friend, and he sure made it sound like it was pretty definitive and pretty final. So, if you are someone looking from the outside into the circumstances, maybe you could have thought, "Mm, okay, this isn't going anywhere because he's very, very adamant that this is where he stands and this is where things are going or rather not going." And I get it that when someone, especially an SP who you are romantically connected to, who you are emotionally invested in, tells you something like that, it's very, very easy to believe that this is final, this is the truth, and start building a mental story around that.
You replay it, you start analyzing it, you wonder why they feel that way, you try to figure out what you could do to make them change their mind, you look for signs that maybe they're going to change. If you don't see them changing, then you take that as evidence that, okay, they're not going to change. You see where I'm going with this. So, yes, this client was originally stuck, very, very stuck, in the old story, but eventually, she started shifting.
Again, like the other two clients I mentioned, she started focusing on herself. She started living her life. She started pursuing her interests, and she started living from the place of a person who has the certainty that this is going to work out for me. This is not final. This is somehow, in some way that I don't necessarily know, going to change for me, and it's going to change in my favor. And again, she didn't necessarily know how this was going to work out.
Actually, she didn't know. No one can know that in advance, but she did develop that inner knowing, that inner certainty, that told her, yes, this is changing. This is going to change. Things are going to work out. So, what happened after she occupied that state was that his behavior towards her, how he's showing up, he was showing up towards her, also started to shift. And it was kind of slow at first. It wasn't all overnight.
It wasn't all, uh, in one go, so to speak, but he started initiating communication with her more, he started pursuing her more. Then, after a little while, he suggested that maybe they go out and talk things over. His pursuit and his interest became more persistent, and then, of course, they ended up back together. Now, consider that. That SP was once a person who had said, I don't see a future with you. I don't want a relationship with you anymore.
We tried that. It didn't work out. I don't want this anymore." And then, they ended up back together. So, what changed? She changed her own position within the story. She stopped taking his statement as the final say, the final word, and she started living in the trust that things are working out. And this is what I want you to take away from all these three stories that were all quite different from each other. And yet, as I said in my introduction, they all had one common denominator.
And the common denominator was this. All three of them became much more comfortable being the person and living as the person who already had the relationship versus being the version of themselves who was still waiting for the relationship. That is the shift, and of course, as a coach, I see it all the time where a lot of people tend to make manifestation much more complicated than it needs to be. For example, what are the right affirmations that I need to use?
What should I visualize or how often should I script? If so, what should I script? Should I do inner conversations? What inner conversations? Should I reach out? Should I not reach out? What does the sign mean? The list is endless. And by the way, I'm not saying that any of these techniques is bad. Nothing is bad. No, no technique is inherently bad. They're all okay, but the thing that you need to realize and keep in mind is that none of these are the foundation.
The foundation is your state. Who are you being? What story are you repeatedly occupying? What are you accepting as true for yourself? And what version of yourself do you keep reinforcing through your thoughts, through your attention, through your energy, through your actions, through your behaviors? So, a shifts that I saw in actually all three of these clients, and as a matter of fact, in all of my clients who get their SP and get their success story, number one, they stopped recycling the old story.
This doesn't mean that they became a robot who never had opposing thoughts, never had one negative thought, or anything like that. It's okay to be human, you have thoughts, you have feelings, and so on. Nothing wrong in that. But, the problem is that what most people tend to do is that they take one thought, or maybe a couple of negative opposing thoughts, and they start building a foundation around it. They think it, and then they analyze the situation, and then they check their social media, and then they are talking about it, and then they look for evidence, and then they go back to what happened 6 months ago, and then they're wondering what their SP is thinking, and before they know it, they've spent their entire day living in the old story, and recycling the old story.
So, you cannot keep recycling the old story, the version that you don't want, and then continue to wonder why it still feels so real, why your desire cannot feel real to you. The real question is not, "How do I stop recycling the old story?" The real question is, "Do I want to keep returning to it? Yes or no?" You can have a thought about the old story, but you don't have to identify with it. You don't have to engage with it.
You don't have to choose to believe it, and you don't have to choose to recycle it. Shift number two. They started living their lives. I cannot stress enough how important that is. And I want to add a disclaimer here, because a lot of the time, people turn that into a technique. "Oh, I'm going to pretend that I don't care about my SP, and live my life, so that my SP can then notice, perhaps, or get jealous, or start wondering about me, but in any event, come back to me.
So, unfortunately, this isn't how it works. Because this is still very much making your entire life about your SP. You're not just using distraction as a technique. You are supposed to remember, which is what these clients did, you are supposed to remember that you're also a whole person outside of your SP and outside of your manifestation. And if we are going to link that with the whole premise and the whole idea of living in the end, that is also very much living in the end, because if you are in a secure, happy, committed relationship with your SP right now, then you're not waiting, you're not wondering, you are not constantly checking the 3D, you're not doing any of these things.
Instead, you truly are living your life. You are pursuing your interests. You are pursuing your goals. You are wondering about ways to improve your life or to improve your circumstances in life, or developing as a person, and so on. Why? Because you know that your relationship with your SP is already a fact. It's already a given. So, there is no effort that needs to be put into it. At least not beyond what you would normally do for an already established, an already secure, already committed and happy relationship.
So, these clients remembered that they had interests, that they had hobbies, they had goals they wanted to pursue. They had friends, they had a social life, they had work, they had other things they needed to accomplish. They realized that they didn't have to, and actually that they shouldn't keep their life on hold waiting for that manifestation to unfold. They lived as if they already had their relationship, they were already secure within their relationship, and so now they were free to pursue all other aspects of their lives and enjoy all other aspects of their lives and develop themselves as whole people.
Shift number three, and probably the biggest common denominator, was that all of them developed an inner certainty and an inner trust that things were working out for them. And even more importantly, they had no idea how it was going to happen or when it was going to happen, but they developed that inner certainty anyway. And this is one of the biggest traps that people fall into because a lot of people feel that if I can't see how this manifestation is going to pan out or when, so if I don't know if it's going to happen, then I'm unable to believe it.
The beautiful thing about manifestation, you guys, is that certainty doesn't equal knowing all the details. Almost no one ever knows all the details before their manifestation pans out. What it means is that you don't make the lack of details or the lack of knowing when or how mean that the desire isn't yours, that your manifestation isn't coming. So, instead of I don't know how they're going to come back, that becomes I don't know, but that's okay.
I don't need to know. Or right now they don't want a relationship. That becomes that's okay. That is their position right now. It doesn't mean it's the final conclusion. There is a huge difference, you guys, between I don't know how and this is impossible. These are two very different statements and you'd better realize this. So, a very simple exercise you can try to start getting yourself out of this state is in the next few days, whenever you catch yourself doubting, whenever you catch yourself going into the old story, just catch it.
So, for example, why haven't they contacted me? What if this never happens? There's no movement. What if they don't want me? And so on and so forth. Just notice that you went into this story and that you went into this version of yourself and ask yourself, "Is this the version of myself who naturally knows that this is happening?" And the answer most likely is going to be no, if you're coming from a state like those I described.
So, if the answer is no, then you want to ask yourself another question. "If I already knew that this was done, where would my attention go right now?" And then, mentally go there. Mentally take yourself there. And you're not doing that because you are trying to distract yourself so that your SP comes back. No, you are doing that because now you are the version of yourself who realizes that you don't need to spend your life living inside the problem when you have already decided what the solution is and what the outcome is.
So, what is the common denominator of these three people getting their SP manifestations? Very simply, they shifted themselves. They stopped making the old story their home. They stopped constantly looking for evidence. They stopped waiting for things to unfold. They stopped trying to figure out every detail of the bridge and instead, they started living their lives, enjoying their lives, and they became increasingly comfortable and increasingly familiar with that version of themselves who knew this was going to work out.
So, if you're manifesting your SP right now, which I know a lot of you watching this channel are, you want to ask yourself, "Where am I living right now? Am I living in the story of, 'Will I ever have them?' Or am I living in the story and becoming more comfortable with the story of, 'Of course I will.'" You don't have to know how. You don't have to know when. You don't have to know what they're going to say. Don't have to know how the bridge is going to look like.
You simply have to stop returning to the version of yourself who believes that the old story is final. Your job isn't to chase the manifestation. Your job is to become the person who becomes more and more comfortable with allowing the manifestation to occur. So, you do that, you allow things to unfold for you, and then you allow life to show you the way. With all that being said, I'm going to wrap up this video here.
I intend that this has helped. As always, I very much appreciate you guys being on this channel, watching this content. I love making this content for you. And as always, I look forward to seeing you all at the next video. Until then, take care, and bye-bye.
