Today, we're talking about one of the most misunderstood concepts in conscious manifestation, especially when it comes to manifesting a specific person, and that is detachment. If you've been in the manifesting community for any amount of time, no doubt you've heard advice along the lines of you need to let it go, you need to detach, you need to drop your desire, you need to stop caring, and so on. And while I do understand the intention behind this advice, and the intention is not wrong per se, we're going to talk about that, the problem is that a lot of people tend to interpret it in a way that creates more confusion, more pressure, and more resistance.
In fact, I've even seen people focusing so much on trying to detach from their desire for their SP, that detachment itself now becomes the obsession. These people may be asking themselves, am I detached enough? Did I think about my SP too much today? Do I care too much? Am I ruining my manifestation because I still want my SP? So, if all of this or any of this sounds familiar, then this video is for you. Because today, I want to talk to you about what detachment actually is, what it is not, and why understanding the difference between the two is so important, and can actually change your entire SP manifestation journey.

With all that being said, let's dive into today's video. Now, let's start with what I believe to be the biggest misconception. Most people, when they hear detachment, "You need to detach to manifest your SP." immediately interpret that as, "I need to not want my manifestation.
I need to drop my desire, to let go of my desire." Think about that for a moment. If you're manifesting a relationship, why would you stop wanting this relationship? If you're manifesting an SP, why would you stop wanting that SP? The desire is not the problem. In fact, the desire is what started your journey. The desire is what caused you to become intentional. The desire is actually what pointed you to something that you want to experience.
So, the desire itself is not the real issue. The real and the actual issue is the relationship you are having with that desire because there is a huge difference between wanting something, wanting to experience something, having a desire for something, and needing constant proof that it is coming. There is a huge difference, you guys, between desire and desperation. And unfortunately, I feel that these two things very often get lumped together.
Wanting something is not resistance. Obsessing over whether it's happening, or when it's happening, or how it's happening is Wanting something isn't attachment, but needing evidence all the time is And once you understand that distinction, manifestation, all of a sudden, starts feeling a lot lighter. Now, let's take a few moments because I want to discuss, and I want you guys to understand, what false detachment actually is.
False detachment is when you are trying to convince yourself that you don't actually care. And maybe you've done this. Maybe many of you have done this. Maybe you've told yourself, "I'm over them. I have moved on. I don't care about them." And yet, internally, you are still very much thinking about them. Perhaps you're even checking their social media a lot. Perhaps you're wondering what they're doing. Perhaps you're analyzing every little thing.
So, that, obviously, is not detachment. That is suppression. And suppression creates conflict and it creates resistance because you have two parts of yourself basically in conflict with each other. You have one part of yourself that says, "I so want this. I very much want this." And then you have another part of yourself that says, "No, no, no. I shouldn't want this because if I want this, I'm not going to have it." So now you're fighting yourself.
And manifestation was never supposed to be a fight between yourself and your desires. Another form of false detachment is when you are trying to force yourself to not think about your SP. People will say for example, "I need to stop thinking about my SP." And then they spend their entire day trying not to think about their SP, which actually means that they're thinking about them all the time. They're thinking about the about them constantly.
It's like if I tell you not to think about a purple elephant, your mind instantly creates that mental image. So the more effort you put into avoiding a certain thought or certain thoughts, the more attention you give it and the more of your energy you give it. And the goal is not to force your thoughts away. Your goal is to actually change your relationship to them. Another thing I see people doing a lot is when they use detachment as a strategy.
And this one is really important because people may think, "If I stop caring about my SP, they'll come back. If I stop thinking about them, they will text me. If I start dating someone new, perhaps, then I will have them back." And so on. But notice what is happening here. This is not detachment because the focus is still entirely on that SP. That person is not detached from their SP and is not detached from their desire for for SP.
Instead, what they're doing is that they're trying to manipulate the outcome to get the result that they want. They're hoping that pretending not to care will somehow bring them whatever it is that they want. And the reason this doesn't feel peaceful, as you might have observed if you've had this experience, is because underneath all of this, there is still fear. There is still uncertainty. There is still waiting. There is still insecurity.
Detachment, you guys, doesn't come from strategy. It comes from trust. So, what does real, genuine detachment actually look and feel like? This is what changes everything. Real detachment is not detaching from your desire. It's detaching from the old story. It's detaching from from your current circumstances. It means detaching from needing constant evidence and reassurance. So, let me say this again. You are not detaching from your desire.
You are detaching from your dependence on evidence. Because most people need to see first to believe and to feel secure. For example, they think along the lines of when my SP texts me, then I will feel happy. When my SP commits to me, then I will feel chosen. When the circumstances change, then I will be able to trust. Conscious manifestation, though, asks you to actually reverse that process. It is asking you to become the version of yourself for whom today's circumstances don't determine how they feel.
And this is where true and real and genuine detachment actually begins. Now, let's say that you are manifesting your SP, and you wake up every morning feeling anxious, checking for signs, checking for messages, wondering where they are, wondering what they're up to, feeling insecure, feeling fearful. And then, let's also suppose that you shift your state into a state of conscious creation, into a state where you know that you are actually the one creating your reality.
You know what you're creating, you're still desiring it, you still want it, you still prefer it, but you are not dependent on today's circumstances. You're not constantly seeking reassurance, you're not treating every day as a test. So, which state do you think gives you the most stability? Which state do you think gives you the most empowerment? Which state do you think is the state from which you are identifying as the person who's already chosen?
This is you guys what makes all the difference. Now, a very good analogy I often use is the analogy of online shopping. Let's say that you have placed an order online for something. And you've purchased it, you've given your money, you've given your credit card information, you've received confirmation, you may even have an email confirmation, you know that it's coming, you know it's on its way. Yes, maybe you check the tracking number here and there, maybe once or twice a day, but you're definitely not spending your entire day refreshing the tracking number page.
You don't call customer service every hour to ask where is your package. You don't convince yourself this is important. You don't convince yourself that your package doesn't exist or it's not going to get to you because it's not sitting on your doorstep right this instant. Why? Because you've accepted already that it is yours and you have accepted that the process is unfolding for you. You've placed your order, you've gotten your confirmation, the package is on its way to you, you know it's coming.
You're not doubting it, and you're not questioning it every minute. Now, compare that with how a lot of people approach their SP manifestation. They are constantly checking, for example, did my SP text me yet? Did they check my story? Did they unblock me? Did something happen today? Did manifestation work yet? This is the equivalent to checking the tracking page of your order every 5 minutes, and that's not because you want the package so so much and so so desperately, it's actually because you don't trust that it is coming.
And this is exactly what needs to shift in your SP manifestation. Now, here's another perspective that I think is really really important and can be really helpful. A lot of people think that they're attached to their SP themselves. The reality is a little more complicated than that. A lot of people, I dare say, most people who are very very attached to their SP, are actually attached to the story that accompanies their SP.
The breakup story, the rejection story, the ghosting story, the story about whatever it is that happened in your 3D. The story about what was said, the story about why it didn't work out. And every day they revisit that story, they replay it, they reanalyze it, they overthink it over and over again. They try to understand it, they try to find answers, and in other words, they are investing emotionally in a version of reality that they actually want to leave behind.
Now, I'm not saying that you should pretend that whatever happened didn't happen. I'm not saying deny your past experiences. You don't have to do that. However, what I'm saying is that at some point, you need to become determined, and you need to decide very firmly and follow through with that decision that you are going to leave that past behind you. And that you need to stop treating the past as evidence of what is possible for you in the present and in the future.
Because if you're constantly using your old circumstances or even your present circumstances as evidence of what is possible and what isn't possible for you in the future, guess what you're doing. You are remaining loyal, and you are remaining attached to a version of reality that you are hoping to get rid of. You are staying loyal to that very reality that you are trying to change through manifestation. And that's where a lot of the attachment actually lives.
It's not in the desire, it's in the old story, in the attachment to the old story, the attachment to the old circumstances, the attachment to what happened in the past, and so on. So, let's talk a little now about how you can actually practice healthy detachment. First and foremost, you need to stop making evidence the source for your security. Now, that doesn't mean that if you get movement, you don't enjoy it or you don't rejoice in it.
Of course you do. It doesn't mean you should not appreciate positive changes in your 3D. Of course you can, and of course you should, but what I'm saying is don't become emotionally dependent on them. Don't make your emotional well-being a slave and a prisoner to those changes or the anticipation of those changes. Second, spend less time checking the 3D and more time embodying your new version and your new identity. Ask yourself, "Who am I if I no longer identify as someone who's been rejected?
Who am I if I no longer identify as someone who has not been chosen? Who am I as someone who no longer identifies as someone who is unwanted? Who am I as the person who no longer identifies as someone who's been abandoned?" And this is exactly where your true power lies. Third, give yourself permission to want what you want. There is nothing wrong in wanting your SP. There is nothing wrong in wanting love. There is nothing wrong in wanting a loving, committed, exclusive, long-term relationship.
There is nothing wrong with having an actual desire, but you do need to stop treating that desire as if it's a mistake. Don't treat this desire as evidence that you are doing manifestation wrong. You are allowed to want your desire. You are allowed to want what you want. Let's make that clear. The goal is not to eliminate the desire or drop the desire or abandon the desire. The goal, as we said, is to stop making your peace of mind and the peace of your soul and the peace of your heart conditional upon having this desire right now.
And finally, you want to get into the habit of practicing certainty, embodying certainty before the 3D evidence appears. Ask yourself, "How would I be thinking today if I knew with every certainty and without any doubt that everything is unfolding perfectly for me. How would I show up today if I fully trusted in myself? How would I show up if I no longer needed proof to believe? And how would that make me feel? So, if you take one thing away from this video, let it be this.
Detachment is not about you saying, "I don't care about having my SP." Detachment is saying, "I'm already trusting that I have my SP, I'm going to have my SP, and I don't need evidence anymore. I don't need proof anymore in the 3D that this desire is happening and materializing and manifesting because I am trusting, and I have this inner certainty, this inner knowing that it's happening for me, that it's coming to me." You don't have to stop wanting your SP, stop loving your SP.
You don't have to not think about them. You don't have to force yourself to move on from them. None of these things. But, you do need to release the monitoring, the checking, the fear, the insecurity about it, the constant need for reassurance and for evidence, and the emotional dependence on 3D circumstances. Real and true and genuine detachment is not about giving up on your desire. It's all about becoming bigger than your circumstances.
And from that place, manifestation becomes a whole lot easier, a whole lot lighter, a whole lot more effortless, faster, more natural, and so on. So, if this video has resonated with you, write in the comments and tell me what you're choosing to release today. What need for proof you are letting go of? What need of evidence you are detaching from. Once you start practicing real, genuine detachment from a place of trust, from a place of inner knowing, you will see that your 3D results will follow very, very soon.
With all that being said, I'm going to wrap up this video here. I intend that this has helped. As always, I very much appreciate you guys being on this channel, watching this content. I love making this content for you. And as always, I look forward to seeing you all at the next video. Until then, take care and bye-bye.
