Have you noticed that when you really really want an SP, a specific person, this is when you start becoming the most anxious? This is when you start checking your phone all the time. You're looking for signs. You're playing conversations. You're wondering what they're thinking or perhaps what they meant when they said this or that or when they did this or that. Maybe you're looking for new techniques. You're trying a new affirmation.
You're trying new visualizations. And somewhere along the way, your entire emotional state and your entire emotional well-being starts becoming dependent on that one person. If this is where you are right now in your manifesting journey of your SV, this video is for you. Because today in this video, I want to share something with you that completely changed the way in which I approach manifestation. And frankly, it completely changed the way I approach relationships in general.
This shift is when I stopped asking, "How do I get them to choose me?" And instead, I started asking, "Who am I becoming while everything is unfolding? This is what changed everything." And so in today's video, I'm going to share with you how you can get into that state where you become the version of yourself that your SP naturally chooses you and how you can maintain that state. So stay till the end. Watch till the end.

So, if you're interested in any of these services, the links are below in the description box. click on them and they're going to take you to my website or to my membership channel. With all that being said, let's dive into today's video. So, one of the absolute biggest misconceptions when it comes to manifesting a specific person is that manifestation of that person is all about changing them. How do I get them to choose me?
How do I get them to text me? How do I get them to miss me? How do I get them to commit? How do I get them to realize that I am the one for them? But here is something that I want you to consider very genuinely and very honestly with yourself. Let's say that your SP called you tomorrow and they apologized for everything and they told you that they wanted to be with you. Would that make you okay? And would that make you happy and satisfied?
And would that make all your fears disappear? Or would you still be worried that they might leave? Would you still be worried that they might be losing interest? Would you still need constant reassurance? For a lot of people, I dare say you guys, for most people, the answer to these questions is yes. And this tells us something very very important and very much worth paying attention to because it's the whole key to successfully manifesting your SP and keeping that manifestation.
It tells us that the relationship with our SP is actually not the only thing we want or need. We also want to feel loved. We also want to feel chosen. We also want to feel happy. And we also want to feel safe. The mistake though that we make with that is believing that one person can permanently every time, every day, every single moment give us all these feelings. This you guys is an impossible job for any person and for any human being.
And on saying this, I would like to offer you a different perspective. I need you to realize that your SP is not actually your source. Your source of happiness, your source of security and safety, your source of feeling chosen and so on. Instead, your SP is more like your mirror. And I want you to think about that for a moment. Let's say that they haven't texted you for a while. Maybe not for a few hours, maybe not for a few days, and you start panicking.
Why is it that you start panicking? You start panicking because there is a story that is rising up within you that says, "I'm not important. I don't matter. I'm not chosen. Being abandoned. I'm not enough. I am not loved." And so on and so forth. And you guys, the thing that you need to realize here is that it's not your SP's silence or your SP's delay in texting you or responding to your text that created those feelings.
What your SP's silence or delay did was to actually reveal these feelings and these beliefs. And even though they may feel uncomfortable, they may feel downright unpleasant, that is actually good news because being aware of these feelings and these beliefs helps you realize what you need to work through and what you need to overcome because it doesn't actually serve you. You see, one of the greatest gifts relationships can give us is awareness.
They show us, they put a spotlight on all the spots and all the areas where we've been looking outside of ourselves for safety and for reassurance. They show us the stories that we've been carrying within ourselves for years. Because maybe actually most likely your fear is not just about that one specific person. Maybe your fear has more to do with every other time in the past in which you have felt overlooked. Every time you felt rejected, every time you felt that you had to audition for love, that you had to prove that you were good enough in order to feel loved.
And there is something beautiful about gaining this awareness. Because once you become aware of the story that you've been carrying, you also realize that you don't have to keep living in this same story. You have the choice to live in a new one. You have the choice to change it. And this is where real manifestation begins where you realize that manifesting an SP is not about changing another person. Rather, it's about changing the lens through which you are experiencing your own self.
And let me clarify something important here. When I am talking about becoming the version of yourself that your SP naturally chooses, I am not talking about changing yourself into a version that is worthy of earning love. Instead, I'm talking about changing those parts of yourself that have forgotten that you are already worthy of love. Think about it for a moment. Confidence is not something you manufacture. It is what remains and what stays in place when you stop telling yourself that you're not enough.
Peace, peace of mind, peace of heart, peace in your soul is not something that someone else hands to you. It is instead what happens and what remains when you stop arguing with yourself all day long. And self-concept is not about pretending to be confident, attractive, loved, and so on. It's actually about deliberately practicing the thoughts and the behaviors that align with the version of yourself that you have decided to be.
So, let's look at what usually tends to happen, and then we're going to talk about how to shift to that version of you that is naturally chosen. Let's say that you've recently met an amazing SP, an amazing person, and you feel that you're very compatible. You feel that the connection is very promising. You're starting to think that maybe they are the one. Everything feels pleasant and fun and effortless at first. And then the feelings deepen and this is where every interaction starts carrying enormous emotional weight.
All of a sudden, you start feeling panicky about them not having responded or not having responded fast enough. You start thinking things along the lines of maybe they're losing interest. I wonder who they are with. Maybe I shouldn't have said that. So, all of a sudden, you stop experiencing the relationship. You stop being present with a relationship and enjoying the present. And you start monitoring everything. Every text becomes evidence.
Every silence becomes a rejection. Every delay becomes a story. And this, let me tell you, is not love. It's actually fear masking itself as love. So, how do we shift? I'm going to give you three very very powerful pointers that you can start applying today to shift to the version of you who is naturally chosen by the recipe and who feels naturally chosen by the recipe. The first shift that I would encourage you to make is moving from seeking validation to generating validation.
What does that mean? It doesn't mean pretending that you don't care, pretending that you don't have feelings about your SP, pretending that you don't care about what happens between you, none of these things. But it does mean that you make the shift in not considering their attention as something that determines your own value. And I want you to ask yourself honestly because this is something that I see in so so many people.
How much of your day do you spend trying to feel okay based on someone else's actions? If they'll text, then I'll relax. If they post something on social media, then I'm going to analyze what it means. If they call, I'll finally feel secure. So I want you to notice what is happening here and the pattern that is forming here. What is happening and what you're doing here is that you are outsourcing your emotional state.
Imagine that your emotional state and your happiness is like a remote control that you have now handed over to someone else. And so that someone else controls and determines your emotional state and your happiness. Every notification changes your mood. Every silence affects your confidence. That you guys is not sustainable. That is exhausting. So instead of relying on those behaviors to decide what your value is and what your emotional state is going to be daytoday, I want you to start asking yourself what would a person who really values themselves actually do today?
Would they cancel their plans? Would they ignore their goals in life? Would they spend the last six hours refreshing social media? Probably not. And that's not because they don't care. That is because they know and they feel that they [snorts] themselves are important. They themselves matter and their own life matters. Second shift that I would encourage you to make is moving away from waiting and into living. And this is one of my favorite questions.
If you absolutely and without any shadow of a doubt knew that your future is unfolding in the best possible way, what would you be doing? Would you still be keeping your life on hold? Would you still keep sitting on your dreams and doing nothing about them? Would you be postponing your happiness? Would you stop taking care of yourself? The answer is probably not. You would go for that walk. You would start that business.
You would go out with your friends and have fun. You would take that trip. You would be sleeping better. You would redecorate your home. You would undertake that project that you've been wanting to do for a while. You would be enjoying your coffee instead of drinking it at the same time as refreshing social media to see if your SV has posted. And all of that is because the version of you who values themselves is not waiting for life to begin.
They are already living it. And there is something that is incredibly attractive, and I don't mean romantically attractive, I mean energetically attractive, about someone who already has a full life and who loves living their life and is happy and content and satisfied with their life or at least is taking steps in that direction. People are naturally drawn to those people who are genuinely enjoying life. And that is because these people are not trying to attract attention.
They're actually present with their life. Now, the third shift that I would encourage you to make is to move from fear to trust. Fear asks, "What if this doesn't work?" Trust asks, "How do I show up today regardless?" Fear says, "I need certainty." Trust says, "I can handle uncertainty." Fear keeps checking. Trust keeps living. Now, this doesn't mean that you're not going to have any difficult moments or any challenging moments.
Of course, you will. There will be days when you miss them. There will be days or times or moments when the old story comes back. All of that is normal and it's not a problem because the goal isn't perfection. The goal is to learn to return to yourself a little faster and a little faster and a little faster each time. Every time you notice yourself spiraling or falling off track, pause and ask yourself, what story am I carrying right now?
What story am I believing right now? And then ask yourself, would the most secure version of myself also believe this story? More often than not, the answer to this question is no. And that awareness alone and that practice alone, if it's consistent and if it's consistently practiced, starts changing your inner world. Now, this is a little illustration that can actually help you return to yourself every time you catch yourself returning or trying to return to old patterns.
Imagine your life is a movie. The audience absolutely loves you. You are the main character. And now let's imagine that there is a scene where your SP has not exited you back. What does the empowered version of your character do next? Do they spend the next, I don't know, six scenes staring at their phone or refreshing Instagram or cancelling their dinner with friends that they had planned or sitting on the couch crying while putting everything else in their life on hold?
Probably not. They would take a deep breath. They would acknowledge how they feel and then they would continue living. They would go to the gym. They would go meet with that friend that they had been planning on meeting. They'd finish that project that they had been excited about. They would be dancing in their kitchen. They would read a great book. They would laugh. They would grow. They would evolve as a person. They would become even more interesting and so on.
And this, you guys, is the character that the audience is rooting for. And that is also the person that you are becoming when you stop making your entire story about another person's next move. You are the main character. So if you are the main character, stop handing the script over to someone else. Now, I want to share with you an exercise and encourage you to practice it if you feel that it resonates with you that I think can be incredibly powerful and empowering.
You are going to need a notebook for this or a journal or maybe you use the notes app on your phone, but I want you to write one page. You just need one page. But here is the rule. You are writing from the perspective of yourself as the person you're going to be one year from now. You're not writing about how your SP finally texted. You're not writing about what your SP did or didn't do or said or didn't say. You're not writing about getting proof.
You are writing about how you as a person are genuinely feeling secure, safe, loved, chosen, peaceful, and deeply connected to yourself. Start with a sentence, I love who I have become. And then write along these lines. How do I wake up? How do I talk to myself? How do I handle uncertainty? How do I talk to my friends? How do I spend my mornings? How do I move through difficult emotions? How do I take care of my body?
How do I celebrate myself? What boundaries do I have now that perhaps I didn't have before? What old stories have I let go of? So write this one page until this future version of you starts to feel real. And it starts to feel real not because you're forcing it, but because you are remembering that this has always been possible to you. When you finished writing, read it out. Maybe you can read it out loud or maybe you prefer to read it out silently.
It doesn't matter. But pay all your attention to it because this one page that you've just written is not giving you instructions. It's actually introducing you to your new self. And then finish this exercise by asking yourself one powerful question. What can I do today to match this version of myself? And that's not about you coming up with 10 things or five things. It's just one thing. What is the one thing that I can do today, right now to match that version of myself?
And of course, it's going to vary from person to person. For some people, it could simply be taking a walk. For somebody else, it could be deleting that conversation that they have reread 50 times already. For somebody else, it might be putting your phone away for an hour. For others, it might be finally applying for this opportunity that you've been delaying. Maybe it's just speaking to yourself with more kindness. Now, you will find that small actions and small steps, if they are repeated and practiced consistently, become your identity.
And your identity shapes your behavior. Your behavior and how you're showing up shapes your experiences. And here is something very very powerful that I always want you to remember. The goal has never been about you becoming worthy of love. Because guess what? You already were. You always have been. You always will be. The goal though is to stop identifying with a version of yourself who has forgotten that. No matter what exactly you're manifesting with your SP, whether it's a new relationship or a rekindling of an old relationship or a reconciliation or a progression of the current relationship into something more serious, perhaps something more exclusive, whatever it might be, the greatest manifestation and what actually makes you attractive to that person, naturally attractive to that person, is not manifesting that person's change or that person's attention.
It is instead all about becoming someone whose peace is nonnegotiable and does not depend on external factors. Because here's what happens. You stop chasing. You stop trying to force. You stop trying to convince your SP to see your value. And instead, you become someone who naturally reflects it. Not because you're perfect. No one is perfect. And remember, we said perfection is not the goal because you became authentic.
You became emotionally available to yourself. And you finally realized that the relationship that you've been trying to build all along is the one with you yourself. And from that place, every relationship with another person, including with your SP has the opportunity to become healthier, more fulfilling, more honest, and more genuine. And I want to leave you with something. I want to wrap this up with something, a little visual, a little image for you to remember and perhaps practice.
Imagine waking up a year from today and looking at yourself in the mirror. You absolutely love your new self. Trust yourself. You feel peaceful. You feel safe and secure. You know your worth and so on. And so now I want you to ask yourself, what can I do today, right now, to start becoming that version of myself? Remember that the future is not created all at once. It's created in those small moments. It's created in those small decisions, those small thoughts, and those small acts of selfrespect.
And that is an ongoing process day in and day out. And one day you wake up and you realize that you weren't really manifesting another person. You weren't really manifesting your SP. You had been manifesting yourself all along. With all that being said, I'm going to wrap up this video here. I intend that this has helped. As always, thank you. I appreciate you for watching this channel, watching this content, being here.
I love making this content for you. And as always, I look forward to seeing you all at the next video. Until then, take care and bye-bye.
