Oh boy, we have a slingshot trade setting up right now in the NASDAQ and the S&P. And that is great news for us because slingshot trades, they give us two ways to enter, two ways to profit. And for tomorrow, we only need one of these to hit to make a fortune together on our live stream. So tonight's video, I'm going to share my entire strategy. We're talking entries, exits. I want to make sure everyone has a game plan ready for tomorrow's live stream.
So charts are ready. The strategy, the game plan is super easy. I'm going to cover the entire thing. Let's dive right in. Enough chitchat. Let's make some money on Tuesday morning. NASDAQ's ready. Oh, the S&P is always ready, isn't it? I have five clues tonight. Five clues that tell me where the money's made tomorrow, where the slingshot strategy is setting up for tomorrow. First clue, let's begin first right now all the way up on the daily chart because this is the first spot where the slingshot strategy begins to show up.
If you recall, we had that big run up in April, May into a range in June and July. Ranges like to rotate up, down, up, down. And now we're trying to rotate off the low of that range. That keeps me focused right now on the buy side. But look where we are right now. We know that during range rotation, we always focus on buying below prior swings. Higher high in price, below prior swings. Look where we are right on the daily chart.
We're below prior swings. We just filled the entire price action gap right below it. And really all we have now is is that 28831 and 3/4. Keep your eyes on that number because that's going to show up a bit later on on this video. But the daily chart, we're trying to rotate off this low. We just finished up that big gap fill. Will we now get that rotation back higher? That's one big clue here we have right now on the daily chart.
Now, let's now drill down to our hourly time frame on the NASDAQ. I like to use this for the overall directional bias. It's pretty obvious right now. The bears have all of the control right now of momentum. But that makes sense though because they're pulling back on the daily. Now there's that gap we saw earlier 831 and 3/4. But hold on that range above us. Ah this is clue number two of a slingshot move going higher here.
What do ranges do? They go lower and they like to rotate, right? The amount below the amount above. So, yes, I do see we're very bearish right now. And yes, I do agree we may keep finding our way to that gap fill down there. But that range above us is another big clue here that sets up our faster time frame now for our slingshot strategy. Let's now drill down to the fastest time frame. This is where the money is made on our live stream because this is a tick chart.
Upper lefthand corner, it's a 4,000 tick chart. We always trade tick charts on the live stream because it makes entry timing a lot easier. And wow, there are three big clues right now. Help us time the entries on a slingshot move for tomorrow. First clue, a very strong run down. Anytime we see separation off the 21 EMA, separation means strength. Strength means a pullback and a retest. Boy, I'll tell you, I love the idea of buying a retest trade for tomorrow.
That is not the slingshot trade, though. What other clue do we see right now? That range right there. What happens after range breakouts? We break out, we complete a measured move, and we usually pull back for a breakout pullback. I love that trade for tomorrow as well. But no, that's not the slingshot strategy. I'm so excited about the slingshot strategy sets up right here. That's a bullish move up into a trading range.
What do ranges do? They like to rotate down, up, down, up. And again, because we're so low on the higher time frames, the potential now is is to slingshot and just rip and blow right out of that range. So now there are two ways I can make money on that move going higher. But first things first though, I mean, come on. I love the idea of buying a retest trade off the low of that move. This would not be a good place to sell, right?
You would never want to sell at that low below the range above you, right? No. No. Not a good spot to sell. So, a great spot for a bear trap. Now, bear traps, look right there. Great example there of a bear trap. We run lower. We don't force a trade long. We wait for one. We wait for twice. Once those bears commit, then we can buy right into their stop-loss for a bear trap. So, same thing over here right now. Wait for those bears to dig themselves into a hole.
Think about where their stops are, where their pain is, and let's buy our way right into those stop losses. Now, remember that range above us still wants to slingshot going higher here. So after I get that bear trap winner, don't just sit back and relax right now. Let's add to our winner higher high in price underneath that low. This is a great spot for an add-on. The most important thing is is separation. I want to see us separate off that 21 EMA and then pull back quickly right below that low.
I will walk you through this in real time tomorrow on the live stream. Right. It's a retest trade. It's a bear trap. It's an add-on. It's a big target. And I love the idea of targets right now. There's a gap up there around that 29300. A great target for us on a reversal off that low. But what if we don't get that though? What if we don't find our way all the way to that low again? For example, that range below us that wants to break out, pull back off that area.
Can I buy that? I can. But hold on though. We're not buying very low right now, are we? Right. In that scenario, I'll be a little more cautious as we start rotating. I said earlier, how do we trade long during range rotation? We trade long with buys below that swing. So, if all I see here is a shallow pullback. I do believe those bears are hunting for a retest of that low. So, I'm going to wait for those bears to try twice.
Let them short once. Twice. I want to get in right below a swing. Now, what if we go higher here? This is where the slingshot really comes together. There are two ways to make a bunch of money tomorrow morning on this slingshot move. I'm going to cover that in two seconds. But first though, guys, remember this. I'll be trading all this stuff tomorrow morning on my live stream in real time. I'll be sharing screens, calling trades.
That way, you can learn this and more importantly, trade these setups right along with me. So guys, if you're not making the money you want right now, come join us tomorrow morning and I'll show you how to time these entries properly. That way you can start making this money right along with us. What I'll do is I'll drop a link down the description of the video. I'll put a popup here for you upper rightand corner, guys.
Pause the video for a second and hit that popup link that popped up the upper rightand corner for tomorrow morning. Cuz guys, trading is so much easier when you do it with us on the live stream. You'll know where the best entries are, how to hold those runners longer, and you'll finally get the confidence and consistency you've been missing in your trading. Guys, I almost 20 years almost 20 years experience on my live stream every morning at the opening pal.
This live stream is the missing piece you were looking for, guys. So, again, hit that link down above in the description or grab that popup there upper right hand corner and don't miss tomorrow morning, 8:30 Eastern time. Your days of struggling are over on my live stream. In the meantime though, guys, let's keep prepping now for tomorrow. I talked about the retest trade. Love that trade for tomorrow. Love the breakout pullback trade, too.
Now, how do we trade the slingshot move, the slingshot move now assumes that we're rotating off the low of that trading range, right? And again, because of that larger range above us on the higher time frame and that key support we're sitting in on the daily chart, I believe a strong rotation could be coming very soon. So, if we do see that strong rotation, what do we do? Well, first of all, the giveaway is separation.
If we start running higher here and separating off that 21 EMA, that's your clue. I can now begin to take nibbles, half-size trades, quarter size trades on the way breaking out. Now remember, during a range breakout, the size of the breakout leg is a measuring leg. I can use that now for a profit target. If you want to make more money, hold your trades longer, right? Want to make more money, hold those trades longer.
And half the battle is knowing where price wants to go, right? Right. So, I like the idea of a gap target at that 305, but I really like the idea of holding that measured move target just like that. Right? Hold that measured move target up around those highs here. Then think about that breakout pullback now. Right? This is second the second trade now on a slingshot move. A slingshot move will give us a nice clear breakout.
The breakout pullback is the second way we can make a bunch of money on a slingshot move. Right? First one is is buying below those lows. Second one now is remember on a breakout pullback like this. Think one two three move. Now on our live stream we see a lot of what I call one two three moves. Okay? Think about a Fibonacci extension here. It's a one two three Fibonacci extension. Think uh think 1382, right? I think 1618, right?
Think about a measured move gone a bit too far like that. That is where I'm now looking for the entry. But as always, we're not going to blindly trade this stuff, right? We'll wait for the pullback. We'll trap those bears in and squeeze those stops for a run where? Well, that's easy. Back up to retest that high. So, slingshot trade for tomorrow. I'm watching first for separation off that moving average. Once I see it, I'm buying below those lows.
I'm going to use that one leg, two leg measured move. Again, want to make more money, hold those trades longer. That's a great way to leave a runner for tomorrow. And then it's a one two three move. Think about a 138 1618 all the way back the top of that range. We trap the bears in. we can add more below swings and we take our big paycheck off at the high of that move. That's why I love the slingshot trade for tomorrow.
But how about the S&P right now? Is the S&P also setting up right now for a slingshot? The S&P is a bit different but very very similar right now. Oh, and by the way, before I talk S&P, don't forget we get some news coming out tomorrow. We got some news at 10 o'clock tomorrow. Consumer confidence and home sales at 10:00 Eastern time. This is decent news for tomorrow, but it's kind of the appetizer for the bigger news this week.
We got PCE on Wednesday. We got Kevin Wars speaking at Jackson Hole on Friday. But let's get real though. Everyone's wondering, will Nvidia keep smashing these numbers out the park right now? Remember, Nvidia reports on Wednesday night. Now, the last time we saw report from Nvidia, what happened? We had that rally all the way into that report and then got crushed the day after. So, I wonder if we're going to see another one of those buy the rumor, sell the news.
Ever heard before, right? Buy the rumor, sell the news. Often times before big news events, price like to float higher, once a report comes out, everyone sells it. Go back, look at the last time it reported. That is exactly what happened. That is also a reason why I like the idea of a slingshot move today, tomorrow, and Wednesday morning. So, be aware of that 10:00 news tomorrow. But will we get that buy the rumor, sell the news?
Only time will tell. The good news is we are ready for it here because of tonight's video and tomorrow's live stream. Back to our charts though because the money is made on the charts. Let's now go out to the daily chart here because the S&P is definitely different than the NASDAQ, but very similar situation. What do you see right now on the S&P daily? I see a big range right there, right? That big range. Ranges like to rotate up, down, up, down, back and forth, and a big big breakout.
Now, we know that whenever we break out, the breakout pullback zone is a key support level. We've already gone through the top of that zone at 93. The next key support level now is below us at 7648. Keep that number on your mind because it'll pop up again later on in this video. And then look at this laughably large gap. I mean, this is a laughably large gap right now. 76 29. So these are areas we have to pay attention to right now. 48 and 29.
Keep those on your mind. You're going to see that again in just a few moments here. So, we're very bullish. We're pulling back into key support right now. Again, when I drill down now, look, when I drill down now, this looks very bearish right now, right? Doesn't it looks very bearish right now, right? But again, we know what's happening. We had that really big move up a few weeks ago, that huge move up, and we're trying to pull back a bit lower to get gaps filled, to get more buyers involved right now.
So again, I like the idea of the buy side because look at this right here. Look at this right here. Look at that range right there. Right? That range, what does that range want to do? It wants to rotate up, down, and then back up again. That's one big clue that could produce this massive slingshot move we told earlier on the NASDAQ. Look below us there. Ah, 48. I see 29. Those are two key levels we saw earlier on the daily chart.
So, no one should be surprised right now if we run lower and jack knife higher. These are two really key levels of support. Just begging to get bought up right now on that daily chart. But again, the hourly chart is great for direction. It's good for big picture. We're clearly bearish right now. But let's now drill down one more layer here to the fastest time frame, a tick chart. And again, this is where the money's made, right?
It's off tick charts. Tick charts. Get yourself some tick charts. I cover all of this in our quick start course on the website. What do you see right now? Well, strong run down. Anytime we see separation away from that moving average, strong runs love to retest. And there's that key support right below us. Love the idea of that retest, that retest tribe we said earlier on the NASDAQ. What do you see right here? It's a range right there.
Look at that range right there. They're trying to hold that breakout pullback, aren't they? Okay, big clue here. Gap right below me. There is still an unfilled gap below 64 half below that low right there. Gaps love to get filled. We use gaps a lot on our live stream. If you watch these videos, you know what I'm talking about. And the big clue and what sets things up for that slingshot strategy is a range right here.
We go up, we rotate down. We're now trying to rotate back up again. We have the amount below that range, above the range. We know where these buyers are trying to get to. But now go back to our anchor chart here right now. What is that number up there? 7714 7721. Those are key levels above us on that range rotation. Look above us now. Yeah, right there. Right. There's 14. Wow. 14's way up there. It looks closer, doesn't it?
It's way up there, though. There's 14. There's 20 right there. Those are the key levels we saw earlier on the hourly chart. Wow. So, lots of open space. Now, again, I love the idea of buying a bear trap on a retest of that low. I love the idea of adding more on that trade by buying below those swings. Again, we'll do more of this tomorrow morning in real time on the live stream. Right. So, bear trap add-on. And again, they've already got their breakout pullback in play.
So, a bit different than we saw on the NASDAQ, but that gap right below us, that gap, that three candle pattern right there with no overlapping candlesticks, that is a gap right there. So, running lower fill that gap. Now, again, I assume these bears are trying to take out that low. So, I can't be as aggressive on this trade as I would be on the retest trade. Okay? So, be patient this one. Be patient. Wait for the bears once.
Wait for TW. Now, remember the the bottom line is this. The bottom line is this. It doesn't matter how many times the bears try. The key is is I want to buy below a swing. All right? It could be third try. Make sense? One try, two try, three tries. All I care about is is that as we rotate off that low, now I want to buy as low as I can. Again, I'm doing I'm more cautiously here because of that retest objective. Right?
Make sense? So, a technical bear trap compared to a two-trip bear trap. A two-trip bear trap, we run lower, we trap the bears in, we squeeze those stops, right? I can be a lot more aggressive on that trade because my riskreward ratio is so good. But if all I get is a shallow pullback, I've just got to make sure I'm buying below swings. That way, if these bears are making a run lower, I'm already in at the safest place here, right?
You'll you'll you'll understand that better once you see some more trades like this on our live stream. So, buying below that swing is a big time clue. And again, we may not get it. We may not get that run lower. We may rotate going higher here right now. And the key will be again is separation. That's always the giveaway. Always the giveaway. If I can separate off that moving average, pull back, separate higher high in price, then I know I can buy below swings.
And again, as we go higher here, if we do get that breakout going higher right now, remember, it's not the initial breakout that matters. It's the leg that continues after it. That will then give us our initial entry. We'll know where to take that profit target for a measured move. And by the way, a huge gap up there, 7706 and three/4ers. You better use that for a runner tomorrow morning with us on the live stream. But the bottom line is once we take our profit at that measured move, we then look for a pullback off that range again.
And remember the pullback, think about that what I call a one, two, three move. A one, two, three move is a Fibonacci extension tool. One, two, three. The way I do this is think about a measured move that's gone a bit too far, right? Think measured move gone a little bit too far, right? 1382, 1618, a bit more than a measured move. Get that moving average pulling back. Don't pick that bottom. Wait for bears to come in.
Let them dig their own grave right there and light those stops up. Squeeze those stops for what should be a pretty easy target. I always go target one at the underbelly of that first leg. Target two and the runner back up and retest the high. We'll do some examples of that tomorrow morning, I'm sure, on our live stream. All right, guys. But that's my game plan on the NASDAQ and the S&P for Tuesday morning. Remember guys, come join us on the live stream.
We'll do it together tomorrow morning. You are wasting your time out there doing this all on your own. I'm giving you the ultimate shortcut on the daily live stream.
