Hi everyone, and welcome to yet another leveling strat video. And we got something even better than the curse under city stuff that I talked about in my recent video, which is even better than the hellworm strat from season 14 that I've talked about last season. And here we have infernal hordes, believe it or not. That is the actual best XP strat in the game right now, at least that I know of. Uh this one will allow you to reach paragon 300 starting from zero in maybe as little as 18 to 20 hours, which is kind of ridiculous.
So it could be like a one-day endeavor if you really tried. And uh here's a clip that someone showed me yesterday, which is uh sort of the group version of that strategy, which uh you can see in action right now. Uh so you can get a lot of experience in one go if you do something like uh this here with the golden waves. However, a bit more reliable is the actual like a solo farm strategy of this, which I have tried out yesterday as well.
And uh the way this works is that you stack up experience bonuses from the new seasonal splinters. So there is the splinter of damnation that gives you 25% bonus XP for killing an elite pack. And uh then it gives monsters plus one monster power, and on a timer it will, you know, kind of stack up and then slowly fall off again. So the more elites you kill, the more experience you get, but also the harder the enemies get.
So this is the um the kind of baseline of this strategy, uh which revolves around this uh splinter of damnation here. So this thing. Uh now what you just saw in this clip at the start with the warlock leeching, uh this was actually one guy not running the splinter killing a lot of goblins in the golden wave, and then two guys leeching because these guys have like plus 100 monster power, which puts them at like, you know, pit 200 something difficulty.
So effectively they're completely unkillable for anyone. But the guy who is not wearing the splinter can still kill them, but they also don't get XP. So, this is like the the group version there. But, you can do this solo, just not as crazy. And in fact, you want to avoid the goblins because you have the same problem that they just become way too tanky at some point. Every single monster power is this equivalent of one pity here.
So, when you have plus 10, it's basically plus one torment. And like a plus plus 100 is plus 10 torment here. So, no build can achieve that. And uh even like, you know, the strongest of the strong, like, you know, warlock build, for example, right now is not able to handle this. But, here I was trying this out on my rogue, and I went down to torment 11, so that effectively gives me a little bit less experience uh baseline.
It's like minus 12% or so compared to torment 12. But, it allows me to get plus 10 extra monster power stacked up with the splinter without having to worry about the difficulty. So, that was kind of nice. And uh you can see this in action here right now if I look at the this run here. As you can see, it's like a 10-wave hoard, and um you can see the XP bar. So, I'm just going back to the start. Uh I'm at paragon 247 right now, and I think at that level, I needed like 450 million XP or something like that per level.
And now if we jump forward uh like 10 minutes, this is like uh wave 10 here. Um yeah, I got an entire level up in in that 10-wave hoard here. So, this was over 400 million XP in 10 minutes. Uh so, per hour, we're talking about uh like five hoard runs or so, and potentially even slightly more if you really try. Uh so, this is like over 2 billion experience per hour. The total to get to paragon 300 is 58 billion. So, this would put us at below 30 hours to go there.
Uh starting from zero, basically. But, normally, you know, if you're in torment 12, you already have paragons, and you have gear, and you know, you kind of just like ready to go and blast. This can get even better. So, this is a rogue. this is not a warlock. A warlock can go, you know, probably to someone 12 and do all of this a lot better than the rogue. Um I definitely was starting to struggle with some of those monsters, uh getting to like plus 40 monster power.
I can just show like a few clips of this, for example. Um so, yeah, you see here, when you mouse over enemies, they have like this green number. It says like plus 13 plus Yeah, this is the monster power bonus right now. So, this means I have 13 stacks, which means that everything is like 10 times harder or something like that at this point. And then it kind of gets crazy and crazier. And on the higher end, there's like actually this stack here on the buff bar that you can see.
Uh I get to like 18 stacks, 20 stacks, 25. Yeah, up to like 30 stacks or something is what I have achieved. And this was just in a few test runs. I think if you really try it, you can probably do even more. Uh here's a burning butcher, for example, plus 25. This one is really juicy. So, when you kill this guy, he alone gives you like dozens of millions of experience with like a plus 20 stack of monster power or something like that, because his experience bonus just goes crazy.
And then you see the other thing that kind of makes this strategy work, which are the hellborn. Uh so, this was um shown to me or brought to my attention by uh hand sanitizer, who uh like kind of like tried this out first and told me about this and uh did like the solo strategy here. So, this is uh the best way to get these donations splinter stacks. Just spawn a lot of hellborn. You can get like five or six elites every time one of these events spawns.
And basically anything hellborn is good. So, there's like hellborns can ambush you, hellborns can spawn with events, hellborn can spawn from the rain of fire, hellborn can spawn from masses. Uh so, you want to pick all of that stuff. And then there's also other things that they plus one hellborn when spawned. So, that is really good. Then there's also stuff like um like events spawn faster. But, yeah, you can see this here.
You kill one of these masses, boom, six Hellbone spawn, and I get 20 stacks uh very easily because these um like the splinter stacks, they last for like 33 seconds for me right now with the legendary splinter and Aelorac's Crown. And this can get even better when you have the unique splinter. I think it should be like around 40 seconds then, probably. So, basically, for most of the wave, you'll keep all of your stacks, and you can even carry them over into the next wave, and you can just like cycle them back and forth with the Hellbone.
So, there's a bit of like an up and down constantly with how many stacks you have and how much XP you're getting, but it can be pretty juicy. And then, once you are in the later stages of setting up a run like this with all of the Hellbone spawns, then you can also try to get the butchers and the Adalords because they have like a bit of like an XP bonus being bosses. Especially, the butcher is very rewarding. However, it's also very tanky.
The burning butcher is like one of the tankiest enemies in the game. So, this is also, for example, why I went down to torment 11, so I actually have a chance of defeating that burning butcher when I have 20 stacks. So, it can be kind of rippy, and especially when the one hardcore players, this is a pretty rough even if you play a warlock, and you know, you think you're super OP and stuff like this. Like these monsters hurt.
And you don't necessarily kill them instantly. In fact, you can, you know, like miscalculate a little bit if you misjudge how much damage you can do and how many stacks you can handle, you might not be able to kill any of those Hellbone and suddenly have like 20 of these guys hunting you down. It doesn't have to be the butcher. But, it gets pretty crazy. And I did hear from some people trying this out on the warlock instead of a rogue, and there people were getting over 3 billion XP per hour of that.
And I can definitely believe that because warlocks are even more insane, have even better clear, and can probably do this on torment 12 with, you know, constant 20 plus monster power stacks or something. So, yeah, it gets pretty wild how much XP you get basically just from killing. So, if you don't like the globe XP farming strategies that we used to have with like the hell worms and uh the under city destroyed right now, then this might be something for you for the infernal horde enjoyers.
And I also want to show you the uh actual tree that I was using for this. Uh so, in in terms of the activity tree, uh so, I went down here to the uh more likely uh choices. So, this means that when you see anything that has to do with hellborn and you click it, then you will more likely see something else of hellborn popping up the next round. So, that is kind of nice. And then here you also get the fourth choice, which is pretty good.
So, like this you have even more options to try to get the stuff that you care about. But, also kind of keep in mind that when you choose something that is not part of this hellborn strategy, for example, you press on soul buyers are less likely, uh which, you know, is technically good, but since you have this node here, now you will get a lot of soul buyer choices the next time around. So, this is, you know, kind of something you have to like wrap your head around a little bit with the strategy.
Just, you know, make sure you click the right stuff. But, here we get the extra choice that helps. And then also you used to press chaos waves. So, normally chaos waves are kind of nice. However, they're only really good for the goblins, but with this strategy you just can't do goblins. Like, if you get the goblin wave, you will instantly make them unkillable, basically, and you don't really get much out of it. Unless you do this a group strategy where, you know, one guy kills everything and like three guys leech, then this is an option, but I don't think this is necessary even a better farm than just suppressing the chaos waves and doing this hellborn from start to finish all the time.
And you don't have one guy just losing out on all of it. And then there's also this thing here, impending doom is kind of nice. Uh so, you just get a a bunch of events. You can even run the splinter of terror, so you get this twice per wave. Uh so, you have just like more opportunities to spawn hellborn directly from like some of these event choices or from like for example a masses appearing and then the masses spawn the hellborn.
So it can get even crazier when you have this. Personally, I was not running this meta of terror. I just kind of tried out the strategy a little bit and if you really want to go for this, it's going to be even better. And then when you get more whole points, it actually goes really fast. I think I did like I don't know, maybe six or eight or so in front of horses or in my war plans and I already got almost five points because they have like double the XP reward.
It's pretty fast. Uh then you can also um take other stuff here where I have for example the black pact. This can be kind of useful for this. And then you can also get a bunch of extra ether and and maybe the talisman shards. But this is mostly like just a bit more rewards and you know, easier spawning of bar tokens and these kind of things. And they're so they don't actually help with the XP farming strategy. But this one here at the bottom is kind of nice because it gives you like this um uh back up choice basically of uh you know, like you know, if if you click one thing and then like the next wave you don't get the choices that you want of the hellborn, then you have like a extra chance there.
But yeah, this is how that works with the aspect of domination. So again, you kind of take this thing, you put it in the dog's crown. Um it says 20 seconds, but when you equip it, it actually goes up here. So it's 33 and I think yeah, it's going to be like around 40 seconds. The more stacks, the merrier. There's also the lies splinter. So what I did is I put this one as well because it has 25% bonus XP. And I think I replaced my damaged one and put that in the dog's crown.
So that's what I was doing here to kind of squeeze out a bit more juice. However, this lies splinter is basically worth one stack of the domination, but it also makes you weakened and vulnerable. So it is a pretty huge downside. So if you have anything else to take and you feel like you need the power, maybe leave this one out. But yeah, overall, kind of interesting strategy with the infernal hordes and it turns out they do have their purpose.
There is a bit of other stuff you can get here. So for example, just straight out the Bartuk loot if you need that. So, especially Spirit ones, for example, they like the how many drops there are. Maybe some other classes have some items from Bartuk that are pretty good. So, you can look into the loot table. And uh there's also Scroll of Mutilation, which are definitely way more rare this season. So, if you want to try to craft a bunch, um you get them mostly from the final hordes.
So, this helps out a lot. Both Bartuk and the greater horde chest can drop that. And I did hear that the gem chests at the end can also drop the Soul Spinders when you have a lot of Elada. So, this could be worth trying as well. Soul Spinders also just kind of drop randomly between the waves. So, whenever you finish one of these waves, um so if you look for fast forward this a little bit, um so sometimes there's just like a Soul Spinder dropping.
So, you get a lot of these fragments. So, it drops a bunch of these gem fragments and sometimes there's also Spinders. So, you get like a few of them every time. So, that also helps you out a little bit. But yeah, this is uh what you need to know about Inferno Hordes XP farming. The uh best XP strategy so far. Uh we'll see if anything else comes up, but hope this helps you out and I'll just keep you guys posted to if anything else that we find out in season 15.
Hope everyone's having a blast. I'll see you guys next time. >> [music]
