What this transcript is
Every word below is the caption track YouTube publishes for this video, pulled from the video itself and reproduced unchanged. It is not Prepublish's writing, not a summary, and not a re-transcription: it is the video's own published captions. English captions, generated automatically by YouTube, in the video’s original language. Source: the video on YouTube. A channel that would rather this page did not exist can ask for its removal through the contact page, and it is removed.
No Script X-ray for this video: YouTube shows a Most replayed graph only once a video has enough views.
my name is Priscilla hurt and I work at cadencia incorporated which is drug and alcohol treatment facilities organization we provide all levels of care for drug and alcohol treatment from detox inpatient intensive outpatient and outpatient services for people who are seeking recovery what makes me happy I really enjoy doing my part I really like calligraphy I like to make cards I like to strap up anything in that vein I really enjoy I also really like to be outdoors and I like to ride bike I like to hike and anything outside when I was younger I really would have liked to do some hang gliding and I kind of think I still would enjoy that how I give back I give back by volunteering at my church I volunteer for parents Night Out which is every other month it's just a night out for parents and they bring their children in and we take care of their children I volunteer at my church and other various capacities as well depending on the events and what what is going on and I volunteer for compassion international at different events that they have in my drive the area that I can drive it and I've been sponsoring a child through compassion for four years now another important way I give back is at my work as a counselor and entia I work with the wonderfully dedicated passionate people that help people in recovery we provide group therapy and individual therapies and one of the major things that people in recovery battle is their victim mindset there their thought process it's very negative thought process and behavior and we help them change it into a positive mindset and positive behavior choices that's extreme that's an extreme thing especially if people have never experienced positive thoughts or any positivity in their life at all so that is an uphill battle for anybody in recovery and we are there alongside them in their journey while they're with us but when they complete the program they still have a lot of work to do every single day but my moment is making the positive changes it's a positive choices and for every one person that suffers from an addiction abuse disorder at least ten people are negatively impacted at least so for every one person in recoveries at least ten people are impacted positively so that is what we do at cadencia that's how I give back and everyone I work with gets back change is possible and recovery is possible
The words are the caption track's own and nothing is reworded or re-transcribed. Paragraph breaks are placed between sentences so the text reads as prose.
