Oh, it smells like a rug pull is in play for tomorrow because we have all the pieces lined up now. Back-to-back green days, big levels above us, big gaps down below us. We'll cover all those details in tonight's video because I want to make sure everyone has a clear vision for tomorrow's live stream. If we play this correctly, we can short this rug pull, buy the dips tomorrow, and make a killing together on the live stream.
So, charts are ready, the game plan is super easy. Let's dive right in, put some more green on the screen on Wednesday's live stream. Nasdaq's ready. Oh, the S&P's always ready. I've got three clues tonight telling me it might be time to look for a rug pull and make some money tomorrow morning. The first clue, it's all the way up on the daily chart. Let's go Nasdaq first, and we'll go to the S&P a bit later on on this video.
We're definitely bullish right now on the Nasdaq. But, what are you seeing right now? We're seeing back-to-back-to-back big green days right now. Lots of resistance up overhead, those all-time highs overhead, and a huge gap below us with that trading range. What do range breakouts do? They love to break out pullbacks. So, we're definitely bullish right now, but back-to-back-to-back big green days, big gap below us, all the resistance, lots of big clues there telling us we should look for a rug pull tomorrow.
Let's now drill down though to the Nasdaq hourly chart. And on the hourly chart, we see a really big move going higher. Now, on our live stream, we always say, "Anytime we see a couple big legs higher, we don't want to chase. Oftentimes, price will run out of gas and then rug pull." Because as you see down below us, look at the gaps we have just begging to get filled down below us. Now, you also see two, it looks we might have one, two, three legs.
So, if I'm wrong about this rug pull, we know exactly where this price will try to get to tomorrow. So, I have a backup plan for us. We'll talk about that a bit later on in tonight's video. Big move higher, big gaps down below us, lots of clues here on the hourly on the Nasdaq. But, the one thing all of these daily charts and hourly charts are not going to do, they won't help us time the entries on tomorrow's live stream.
We time entries off tick charts. That's a 4,000 tick chart. That moving average, by the way, is the 21 EMA, in case you're watching for the first time right now. I see three ranges on the chart right now. Range right there, range right there, range right there. Now, anytime we see a range breakout, it's not an if, it's a when we get that breakout pullback. So, that range below us we spent a few hours this morning on, that is unfinished business right now on that breakout pullback zone, and a big gap.
You can see big gaps down there below as well. I love, by the way, how it lines up right around that channel, right? Would love to buy that breakout pullback zone. Now, that also shows the range up here. What does that range want to do? That range wants to rotate, right? The amount above, the amount below. We know ranges when they rotate up and rotate down, symmetry off that trading range. We may hold that range for a breakout pullback.
I'll talk about that variation of this in a moment. But, the really the most one of the most important range right now is the third and final range right there. This range is all the way up. Now, what does that range want to do? It wants to rotate back and forth. So, when I put all these clues together, right? We're way high up on the daily, big three-legged move on the hourly. Unfinished business waiting below us, a pair of gaps down below us, and a range up here.
One of my favorite trades for tomorrow will definitely be to go higher, get some bulls trapped in up here, and then short that rug pull with a simple pattern. It's basically a bull trap pattern. I call these crown reversal patterns. Buyers once, buyers twice, get above that high, look for that strong red candle, and we can short that sucker running lower. And the good news on this is we have a ton of open space down below us.
So, as we short that bull trap up there, if we start seeing separation off that 21 EMA, we can keep on shorting that sucker now, probably off the underbelly of that trading range, right? So, imagine we run up, buyers get trapped up here, try it once, twice, my goal is to short above a prior swing high. As we now roll over, do I see separation off that 21 EMA? If we do separation, means strength. Strength means another leg lower.
And remember that range up there, it will want to hold off the underbelly of that range because it's a breakout pullback off that trading range. So, again, it'll be a bull trap, a crown reversal pattern. It'll be an add-on, and then my goal will be to use that range down below me here, along with a technique I call a one-two-three move, right? Think 1.382, think 1.618, think a big two-legged move running lower. And then once we get down there, I would love to then trap in some bears.
Hopefully they complete that entire pendulum swing running lower here. But once we start making that run going lower, now the rug pull's completed. Now we're nice and low after a big move higher, and now I can buy that bear trap. Trap those bears in and squeeze those stops running back up again. Have to think, right? After a big drop off that high, everybody will pile in right now and buy that dip. And hopefully get a chance to buy that thing off the low of that channel there for tomorrow.
Now Now, be aware of this. If we get that rug pull off of this high, right? Buyers get trapped up and we make a strong run down like that. There's a good chance we're going to pop up off that bear trap, hold the underbelly of that range, and the bears, because of all of that momentum going lower, they're going to try to run this thing back to that low again. Now, on our live stream, you always say, "Buy the retest." One, two, three move and buy the retest off that low again.
So, I love the idea of buying that rug pull, buy the bear trap, take some profit off at the lowest part of that move, we'll find that more tomorrow, look for another one of those what I call one, two, three moves. Think 1.382, 1.618, and once we take out that low again, simply trap those bears in, squeeze those stops, and run that sucker back up to, of course, that high will be a target and back up to retest those recent highs up overhead.
So, short the rug pull with that bull trap, buy the bear trap. If we do, if we get it, buy the retest and keep buying that move as it goes lower. Now, keep in mind, guys, this strategy's pretty simple right now, but this could easily change at some point tomorrow morning, right? So, come join us on the live stream because I'll be sharing screens, calling trades, most importantly I'll be adapting to changes that we get tomorrow after the opening bell.
So guys, gals, if you're not making the money you want right now, get with us on the live stream and I'll show you how to find the entries, time the entries, how to hold those runners longer, that way you start making this money right along with us. What I'll do is I'll put a link in the description of tonight's video. I'll put a pop-up there for you, upper right-hand corner. Pause the video for a second and grab that pop-up there, upper right-hand corner cuz guys, trading is so much easier when we do it together on our live stream.
You'll know where the best entries are, how to hold those runners a lot longer, and more importantly you'll find to get the confidence you want back in your trading. Guys, my live stream is the missing piece you've been looking for in your trading. So again, grab that link down below in the description or grab that pop-up there, popped up there, upper right-hand corner and I'll see you tomorrow morning on the live stream.
We'll trade these together. You're going to love every minute of it. Now, I promised earlier, what's the game plan if we go higher? What if I'm wrong about this rug pull? I'll talk about that in a moment here on the S&P. Let's go grab the E-mini right now because of course the S&P is getting lonely over here. What do you see right now on the S&P daily? We begin the Nasdaq daily, S&P daily. Now, the S&P daily is a little more concerning for a rug pull than we had on the Nasdaq.
And I say that because it's a very strong run higher here on the S&P. Whenever we see strong moves like this, we know that buyers are trying to retest this high right now. So we know exactly where the buyers are trying to go right now. Might be a bit more difficult to get that rug pull on the S&P. But look what's happening right now. Like the Nasdaq, multiple days, right, of big green candles right now. I'm at resistance up overhead at 7850 a quarter and a monster gap down below us.
You know, on our live stream you always say, sometimes we have to go higher before we go lower. That might be the case here with that overhead resistance and that gap down below us. A big clue here on the S&P daily. We know where buyers are going. The buyers definitely have control right now. No doubt about that. Now, let's go grab the S&P hourly chart. What do you see right now? Two really big legs up into a trading range.
That's a big move higher, a bull range, got that 38 two level we talked about last night on the video, and basically just one big I mean it's basically one big gap, right right below that low at and three quarters. Now, talk about scenarios where we may have to go higher before we get [snorts] that move going lower because it is a bull market up into a range right there. What do ranges do? They like to rotate, right?
They rotate down, up, down, back up again. So, we may have to go a bit higher first before we get that rug pull tomorrow. Big clue here on the S&P 60 minute. Let's drill down though cuz again, it's nice to know the big picture on the hourly, but we're not going to trade off those higher time frames. Again, we always go tick charts on our live stream. Tick charts make entry timing a whole lot easier there, upper left hand corner, and a lot like the Nasdaq, we now see right now a pair of ranges.
I have a range right here and a range down there. Now, again, anytime we see a range breakout, breakout pullbacks are just a win. It's not an if, right? We know that when we break out of a range like that, it's a matter of time before we see that breakout pullback off that trading range. That would be where I want to buy that rug pull tomorrow, right? Absolutely. The challenge right now though is, is this trading range we're seeing right here.
Ranges like to rotate. So as that range develops, we went lower, we're now trying to finish off that rotation higher. The amount below, the amount above. We know where this price is trying to go. Look at the number right below it though. 78 half and a quarter right now, right? That's a big level we saw earlier on that daily chart, right? Up on that hourly chart there as well. And just we said earlier the Nasdaq, we may have to go higher here.
Get up into resistance above that trading range. That range now, it wants to rotate down, up, down, back up again, back and forth as we go. So as we go higher here, we're running into all of that overhead resistance. We're already way, way Look at that thing. Way high up right now, right? Only a matter of time before buyers run out of bullets right now. So if we do go higher here, not a good place to be a buyer, right?
Let's trap some of those bulls in up there. Let those buyers try buying up there. Let me try once, lower low, try twice. What I don't want to do is is try picking the top up here. Because in all reality, we may keep grinding higher. Again, we know the buyers in the S&P, they want to take out that big high, right? That 7906 and a quarter, that big high up overhead. So I'm not going to force that trade going short, right?
What I'll do on these situations is, like we saw this morning, as it runs higher here, let the buyers dig in. Once, go lower, twice, it's that same pattern over and over again. Lower low in price, above that high, convincing red candle back bullet 21 EMA, that is a technical bull trap. This exactly will trigger that that rug pull off the high here. We pop up, trap the bulls in once, twice above that high is the most important factor, and rug pull going lower.
We know the amount above, the amount below, that gives us now, combined with that big low right there, those are our big targets for tomorrow. I will definitely leave a runner if I were you around that breakout pullback zone, 7793 and a half, and then once we get that dump off the high there, as everyone starts panicking thinking this is a reversal, it's not a reversal, it's a deep deep pullback after multiple days going higher here.
This is not a great place to be selling. You don't want to sell at the lows of a bullish range, right? Ranges like to rotate back up again. So, trap those bears in, bears once, bears twice, squeeze those stops, and run back higher. And remember, when you're trapping in bears like this at the low of a trading range, remember where it wants to go. It wants to rotate all the way back up again. So, while it rotates higher, keep adding to your position, getting in below those prior swings.
You know, as we always say, it's a bear trap, it's an add-on to your trade there. How do we add to our winner? It all begins with separation, right? Separation. Because what oftentimes happens is, we oftentimes get that bull trap off the high. We get that big drop going lower. We get that nice bear trap down there. And again, as always, I like to use the under-belly levels of those ranges. I like to use that for a target.
And oftentimes, that's our first target right there. The moving average comes over, but now we don't separate, right? Now we don't separate. You know what I mean? If we separate off that moving average, well, now we know I can buy below that swing, right? If we start pumping going higher here and we start separating now off of that moving average like that. Yeah, there's a good chance we're not going back to that low again, right?
I can then buy below these swings and add to my to my to my to my winner, right? Buy the bear trap, add more with separation. But again, watch closely though, because sometimes we don't separate. Sometimes we hold off that moving average, right? And then get that next run back down again. And again, I love to buy what I call the money zone. The money zone is again, imagine this leg lower right? Imagine a 138.2 extension, 161.8 extension, right?
Imagine those extensions down below us. That level is oftentimes just below that low right there. This is the money zone, right? It is, right? That is where anybody who sold up here, they're taking their profit down here, right? Again, we're very bullish overall. We're back in the breakout pullback zone. Is that a good place to sell? Of course not. It's the last place that you want to sell right now, which means it's a great place to be a bear trapper, right?
Great place to be a buyer. Trap those bears in, squeeze those stops. We're taking some off at that interim high, leaving some on for that runner up overhead. So, very much the same game plan we said earlier on the Nasdaq. Now, here's a question for you. What if we go higher here, right? What's the game plan now? If we don't get that rug pull, good question. There's one of three scenarios we're going to probably see if we go higher here.
Now, remember, the trick is if we go higher, the trick is is to watch that moving average. Watch how price reacts around that moving average. Look over here right there. Okay? That is no separation. See that? Look right there. No separation. So, right now the buyers do not have the green light for us to begin buying as we go higher here. But, that may change tomorrow. Who knows? Got the UN assembly in New York City. Supposedly some good meetings are happening with the US Iran.
We got Trump and Xi on Thursday. So, we may keep grinding higher. There's no guarantee we get that rug pull tomorrow. Now, if we see the separation, right? Once I see separation off that moving average, now I know. Now I can use that range now for a breakout pullback. One, two, three move, buying that bear trap, and running back up to retest the high. Now, in all reality, I'd like this to be a little more convincing than that, right?
I'd like to get a little more convincing breakout through that pendulum swing, right? So, I'll try to draw this to make sense here on this video, right? But, I want to see it really convincingly break through that pendulum swing and it'll hold that separation off that moving average. Once we get that and usually, by the way, it's a measured move, the breakout leg, measuring leg. Usually a measured move is about as far as that price will go.
We'll do more of that tomorrow morning on our live stream. But, once we see the separation, we see that breakout above that range up there, now we look for that two-legged pullback. We use that trading range now for a breakout pullback. And again, I'm not going to blindly buy that area. We'll let the price pull back at that 21 EMA, trap some bears in, and squeeze those stops running back to the highs. Again, I like to grab targets off at the lowest part of that first leg lower, and leave a runner back up to retest that high right now.
So, I'm watching for a breakout pullback off that. Now, one thing I keep in mind too is because of that all-time high up there on the S&P, sometimes price just keeps on grinding. You know, sometimes uh uh buyers they see the they they they see the all-time high up there, and they simply won't give up like a dog with a with a bone, right? So, what often times happens is in these environments where we can feel that all-time high above us, it'll pop up, start grinding, grinding, and keep on grinding.
All right? It won't pull back for a breakout pullback. If I see that pop and grind tomorrow, I'm going to now get more aggressive on this. I'm going to try to tie together a channel off the highs, bring it down off that low. I'm going to try to bring together these prior highs back here, right? As support, line those up. The most important thing though is when I pop and grind like that, my goal will be to find one of these prior swings, and then buy off the low of that channel just below one of those prior swings.
The rule of thumb is this, when it pop and grind like that, I want to get in below a swing. That's the most important thing, right? Get in below that swing, and what I'll do is look for those bears to struggle, trap those bears in, and squeeze back up to retest the high of that move. And again, often times the initial leg, that's our measuring leg, that I line up at that low right there and that creates that measured move.
We'll do a couple of those tomorrow morning on the live stream. So again, couple different ways in which we can make money in this tomorrow, right? As we go higher, I like the idea of the short on that rug pull and then scoop up those dips to keep trading that rotation, right? Selling high, buying low, selling high, buying low. If I'm wrong about this, if we keep popping and grinding going higher here right now, and we get a convincing breakout, all we do now is mark that channel, find those lows, keep your eyes on these prior highs back here, line them up with the low of that channel, and don't miss that pullback off the low of that channel below a prior swing, and hopefully include some of these prior levels as key what was resistance now becomes support for tomorrow.
Now again, this plan may change tomorrow, right? So get with us on the live stream 8:30 Eastern time.
