Literally, anybody could make this video. You can edit this yourself. You can hire out an editor. He's not really editing them. Again, either it is

will make. So, there's generally a four-step method that will work for this strategy. Number one is strategic YouTube content. And do not post short-form videos. Other creators might tell you to do that, but if your goal is to make money and especially like evergreen income, don't start with that, please. I've seen it

Opening (first 30 seconds)
I purposely tried [music] not to go viral. Even on my main channel that has 800,000 subscribers, the goal of every video is not to get as many views as possible, not to grow my subscriber base, but to be a real person and to actually connect [music] with people. So, I have a kind of system that I run where I'm going to have some that are going to have outreach, they're going to try to reach new people, try to grow the brand, and all of that. But then I also have one to two videos a month >> [music] >> that are actually not supposed to perform well. They're supposed to do worse than average. And the goal

And the goal of those videos is to connect with people. They're life update videos, they're challenges I'm going through, they're just being honest. I know I'm not going to make money on this, but I'm going to build a relationship with people by being real, by not just constantly doing the things that perform the best, but by connecting with actual people.
I think that's something that a lot of creators miss. They're always [music] chasing the numbers, they're always trying to make more money as fast as possible, they're always trying to get views as fast as possible, reach 100,000 or a million subscribers, whatever it is, get that plaque. But what they miss is [music] building a real relationship with people. In the long run, I do think that that will make me more money, but also even when I meet people, which like doesn't happen a ton cuz I don't go outside, but like when I do, they know about me.
They know the car that I drive, they know what stage of life that I'm in, they feel connected with me. We have like a cool relationship, and that's something that I really value. And then even from a views perspective, I can do a life update video and that can get 80,000 views, even though it's literally just my life, because people actually care about me. I'm not just trying to get as much money out of them as possible, I'm not just trying to get views, but I'm actually building a relationship.
So, even my bad performing videos still do well because people show up for a little bit of me, not just the information that I'm sharing with people. And I think that's authenticity [music] is going to be a lot of the future and how the future of personal brands grows. It's not just constantly this transactional relationship of information and entertainment and things like that, but there's going to be this caring about somebody like their a movie character.
And then if you're willing to be vulnerable, if you're willing to share your failures, your struggles, you know, you're you're willing to put yourself out there, then you could be rewarded with that connection with people.
