Opening (first 30 seconds)

All right, hi everyone. So, lately we discovered something pretty cool and quite important when it comes to end game gearing in season 15 right now. So, you might have seen this new/old cube recipe here, upgrade to mythic, that we already kind of had in season 14, and maybe you haven't played season 14, but basically what happened back then is they added this crafted tag to items that allowed you to not have more than one item that had this crafted tag, which was a bit of an issue.

So, what happened is in season 15 they removed the crafted tag from any source besides this one upgrade to mythic recipe here. So, previously this was also on the jeweler crafter and the blacksmith and anything that you made with the cube had that crafted tag, which completely ruined, you know, that kind of making your own gear with the cube or with other sources. But now, they made a restriction that only this upgrade to mythic is this one crafted mythic, they have this one crafted limitation here, but all other sources of mythics or any other item are completely fair game.

That includes blacksmith crafting and all that. Now, the thing is that this limitation was also lifted from the three to one recipe. So, that is kind of interesting. Even though these items are kind of crafted basically through the cube, if you put three items in there, like three uniques, you can transmute and you will get the same item back with new fresh random rolls. And you can do the same thing with upgraded mythics.

So, effectively what you can do is you take your sparks, upgrade three random uniques, and then they will all have this crafted tag. So, right now I can't equip this right now because I have my Etna here, right? Like I literally cannot put it, even though it's the same item. But you can just do this three times and then three to one them into a fresh non-crafted mythic. So, I'm going to show this in action right now, actually.

So, here we go. We have three crafted ones. Uh we have to move this recipe. Here, 1 2 3. And you see, I have to as a crafted tag right now on each of them. And we transmute, and boom, crafted tag is gone. You can equip it now. So, now this is a fresh, clean Eaglehorn, and it works. So, if you have a lot of leftover sparks, especially after farming a lot of mythics, after farming a lot of prior evil, Uber Tristram, lab bosses, you can just make everything mythic, basically.

It just costs a little bit more. It's you know, a three to one, basically. And then, you know, for every reroll after that, you have to make two more. So, the first one is 15 sparks, and then afterwards, it's 10 sparks per attempt. But, for some people, that is not really a high number. So, if you're doing a lot of like end game farming, then you will get those sparks eventually. Or at the very least, to try to, you know, really min-max the last mythic that you need on your build, that is really elusive, that can be really a great boon.

Especially for items that are not really farmable. So, Eaglehorn, of course, is a very easy item to get. It's also Bashan. You can just spam Bashan and get it there. However, some items that go into many builds are not that easy to get, such as the Fist of Fate. So, here for example, this is an item that goes into basically every single build that doesn't already have a unique glove, like a mandatory slot, at some point, because the mythic version of this is extremely powerful.

That beats even even a mediocre Fist of Fate beats like a very good legendary glove for most builds. And in that case, you can't farm this. Like, the Fist of Fate is completely unfarmable as a mythic, as a natural drop. Like, you're not going to get that, basically. But, in this case, you can pretty reliably do the same strategy, do the three to one here, assuming they're all mythics, right? You can upgrade them, and then make your mythic this way.

And this like keeps your crafted mythic slot open for something that might be, you know, harder to roll as well. Uh so, the same thing also with like other kind of like cross class generic uniques. There's for example um like enduring faith that some builds like to run. This is the same thing. This is also not really farmable. We have stuff like blood mat idol, same story. Uh this is also doesn't have any boss that drops it and this also goes into especially many pushing builds for example.

So, you can kind of just keep trying, keep recycling them and then still get a mythic in the end. So, hope this helps you out. I'll keep you guys posted if there's any other cool like tricks or something we discover. So, hope everyone's having a blast this season 15 and I'll see you guys next time.
